Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Article 1: General provisions

Ces Terms and Conditions (T&C) regissent all service agreements entered into by GREEN SEO with its clients, regardless of any clauses that may appear on the client's documents.

In accordance with current regulations, these T&C are systematically provided to any client who requests them.

Article 2: Description of services

The services offered include:

• SEO audit and technical analysis of the website (100% local)
• Performance analysis via Lighthouse
• Audit accessibilite web (WCAG, ARIA)
• Security analysis (HTTPS, secure headers)
• Google Analytics integration (on request)
• Professional report in PDF format
• Recommandations personnalisees pour optimisation

Article 2 bis : Services Analyse Locale Proprietaire

Dans le cadre de nos services pour optimisation, nous utilisons exclusivement des outils pour analyse proprietaires :

• Analysis performed 100% locally from our servers
• Technology based on Lighthouse (Google) locally
• Scripts analyse Python developpes en interne
• No external third-party services (GTmetrix, WooRank, etc.)
• Automatic generation of PDF reports
• Full respect for data confidentiality

Article 2 ter : Analyses IA (Optionnelles)

At the explicit request of the client, we offer analyses enhanced by AI:

• Use of Cursor AI in private mode only
• Confidential processing of data
• Python scripts under proprietary development
• Generation of personalized reports
• Full handover of data to the client after analysis

Article 2 quater : Limitations techniques

Cette analyse est effectuee depuis nos serveurs localises en France. Certains sites peuvent presenter des restrictions concernant acces :

• Sites protected by WAF (Web Application Firewall)
• Sites with geographical restrictions
• Sites requiring authentication

Si cette analyse automatique devient impossible :

• The client will be informed immediately
• A manual analysis may be offered as an alternative
• No additional fees will be charged
• Le client pourra demander cette annulation sans penalite

Article 3 : Quote et tarification

Chaque prestation necessite un devis personnalise etabli selon les besoins specifiques du client. Les tarifs sont determined on a case-by-case basis according to:

• The complexity of the site to be analyzed
• The number of pages to audit
• The specific features required
• Le niveau concernant urgence choisi
• Cette accessibilite technique du site

Prices are expressed in euros and are net of taxes (VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the CGI)

Article 4: Payment terms

Payments can be made by:

• Bank transfer
• Bank check

Un acompte de 30% sera demande lors de la signature du devis, le solde etant payable lors de la livraison du rapport PDF.
Delai de paiement : 30 jours a compter de cette date concernant emission de the invoice.

Article 5: Lead times and delivery

Les delais de realisation dependent du niveau concernant urgence choisi :

• Urgent : 72 heures ouvrees
• Prioritaire : 1 semaine (7 jours ouvres)
• Standard : 2 a 3 semaines (14 a 21 jours ouvres)

Les delais commencent a courir a compter de cette reception concernant acompte et validation du devis.
Cette livraison du rapport se fait par voie electronique au format secure PDF format.

Si le site devient inaccessible pour cette analyse automatique :

• The client will be contacted within 24h
• An alternative solution will be proposed
• Lead times may be adjusted accordingly without additional fees

Note : En cas de forte demande, les delais peuvent etre slightly extended. The client will be informed and may choose de attendre ou de etre rembourse.

Article 6: Confidentiality

All information and data analyzed are strictly confidentielles. Cette analyse etant realisee 100% localement :

• Aucune donnee nest transmise a des services tiers
• Data never passes through external platforms
• Processing exclusively on our proprietary servers
• Reports remain the property of the client after payment
• No permanent retention of analyzed data

Article 6 bis : Privacy des Analyses IA

For optional AI analyses:

• Cursor AI private mode guaranteeing confidentiality
• No permanent storage of client information
• Full delivery of logs to the client
• Right to reuse developed scripts

Article 7: Intellectual property

Ces rapports et analyses fournis restent cette propriete intellectuelle de GREEN SEO avant le paiement complet de cette prestation.

Ces outils et methodologies concernant analyse proprietaires restent cette exclusive property of GREEN SEO. Only the PDF report is transferred to the client.

Article 8: Liability

GREEN SEO realise les prestations conformement aux regles concernant art et de cette meilleure maniere.

Limitations of liability:

• Our liability is limited to the provision of the analysis concernant analyse
• Nous ne garantissons pas cette amelioration automatique du search rankings
• Recommendations are provided for advisory purposes
• Cette mise en oeuvre reste sous cette responsabilite du client

Si cette analyse devient impossible en raison des protections du site client:

• GREEN SEO cannot be held responsible
• An alternative analysis will be offered at no additional cost
• Le client conserve ce droit concernant annulation sans penalite

Article 9: Termination

Si le client annule sa commande apres ce debut de cette prestation, amounts already paid will remain with GREEN SEO, unless impossibilite technique concernant analyse demontree.

Si cette analyse devient impossible pour des raisons techniques (site protected, inaccessible), the client will be fully refunded.

Article 10: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the registered office de cette entreprise.
